Supplied in Cleaver Scientific’s 6X DNA Loading Buffer, runSafe is used to prepare DNA markers and samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. runSafe is a highly sensitive stain available for detecting doublestranded DNA (dsDNA). It contains three tracking dyes (Bromophenol Blue, Xylene Cyanol FF, and Orange G) for visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. It is ideal for the environment providing a safe, sensitive, non-mutagenic and non-hazardous alternative to Ethidum Bromide.Features SAFE - runSafe keeps your lab safe because of its ultra low toxicity – (LC>5000mg/kg) CONVENIENT – Ready to use in the same way as a 6 x Loading dye.
