The Microsense range of sensors plug directly into LogIT data loggers and uLog allowing automatic sensor identification. Microsense range are compatible with SL, LIVE, DataMeter 1000, DataVision, Black Box, Voyager, SensorLink and uLog USB sensor adapter. This Microsense sensor measures air pressure in the barometric range 800 to 1100 hPa (1hPa = 1 millibar of pressure). It allows direct measurement of atmospheric pressure for meteorological studies or measure altitude and can also be used for other classroom experiments requiring high resolution readings in this range. Sensor type: Solid state silicon device for air or dry gas Range: 950 to 1050 hPa or 800 to 1100 mBar Accuracy: +/- 2% Resolution: 0.1 Pa Applications: Barometric pressure during weather studies, low pressure studies including altimeter measurements
